Job Title: Trainer/Assessor Location: Thebarton, South Australia **Responsibilities**: - Plan, design and deliver effective training programs to meet client needs - Assess and evaluate students performance to ensure they meet industry standards - Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities - Stay current with industry developments and incorporate them into training programs - Provide constructive feedback and support to students - Develop and update training materials as needed **Requirements**: - Strong knowledge in Education Support - Previous experience as a trainer/assessor - Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to assess students performance and provide constructive feedback - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Relevant certifications If you are passionate about training and assessment, and have a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
