Are you ready to take the next step in your career—whether you’re on the production floor, in technical sales, or just passionate about making an impact in the food industry? At Ecolab, we’re looking for someone just like you to join our team and work with some of the most recognisable food and beverage brands across South Australia.
This isn’t your typical Account Manager role. It’s a chance to partner with clients, problem-solve, and help drive cleaner, safer, and more efficient food production—all while growing your career in an industry that truly matters.
**About the role**:
In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to manufacturers across the food, dairy, brewing, and beverage industries. You’ll work hands-on with your customers, helping them enhance hygiene, reduce waste, and ensure product quality reaches millions. You’ll diagnose issues, provide solutions and help our customers to improve their operational success. You’ll be a reliable and critical partner to their success.
**Your day-to-day will include**:
- Visiting food and beverage manufacturing sites in Adelaide and regional SA.
- Providing tailored cleaning and sanitising solutions to help customers run efficiently and safely.
- Conducting audits and hygiene inspections and helping resolve any technical issues.
- Building and growing long-term customer relationships through trust and consistency.
- Identifying opportunities to grow Ecolab’s presence at each site—and delivering results.
- Collaborating with internal teams to make sure your customers are fully supported.
**About you**:
We’re not expecting perfection. If you’re eager, curious, and driven to make a difference—we’ll support you with full training. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in sales, operations, or production—especially in food or beverage.
- Confidence to speak with people at all levels—from the plant floor to senior managers.
- A problem-solving mindset—you like fixing things and making them better.
- A sense of autonomy, you enjoy planning your day and working independently.
- A desire to learn—we’ll teach you everything else.
**What you can expect**:
- Make a difference—your work helps ensure safer food and more sustainable practices.
- Be supported—with tailored training, mentorship, and a team that backs you.
- Enjoy variety—no two days are the same, as you visit different customers and sites.
- Grow your career—this could be your pathway into leadership, technical roles, or global opportunities.
- Work with purpose—Ecolab is a world leader in water, hygiene, and sustainability.
This role includes travel throughout South Australia, with occasional overnight stays and the flexibility to support customer needs, including some night work when required.
You don’t need to know everything—we’re here to help you succeed. If you’re ready to bring your energy, curiosity, and people skills to a role where you’ll be valued and empowered, we’d love to hear from you.
**Life at ECOLAB**:
Our three behavioural shifts are People First, One United ANZ Ecolab Team and Owning the Outcome.
At Ecolab, we believe in diverse perspectives and inclusive growth. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your technical skills, build trusted partnerships, and help drive meaningful environmental change—we’d love to hear from you.
**Some of the benefits you could enjoy**:
- Flexible Working Arrangements
- Health and Well-being Subsidy of $250 per year
- Purchased Additional Annual Leave option and MY Days bonus leave program
- Rewarding bonus and incentive programs
- Attractive staff product discounts
- Access to the Ecolab holiday house in Lake Taupo NZ
