We’re looking for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our Support Services team.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our Support Services team based in our Perth office. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day office support services across the business and ad hoc requests as required. This role has the potential to grow further dependent on the successful applicant.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Daily mail distribution
- Maintaining kitchen stock and standards
- Reception duties such as answer and screen incoming calls; take messages and re-direct calls as required
- Ad hoc requests from the business.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Have proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and have good time management skills
- Be able to work well both in a team and autonomously
- Show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable dealing with internal and external clients at all levels
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation desirable
- Show the ability to learn and use Microsoft Word and Excel
