Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant Finance Officer to assist Reconciliation of project costing charges.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist with reconciliation and processing of accounts payable/receivable invoices and debtor management, using the relevant databases, while also helping with month-end financial reporting.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the various projects and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the relevant procedures.
- Undertake data entry functions, e.g., field activity summary sheets; record work output data, as required.
- Respond to inquiries, and liaise with, the public, clients and contractors and ensure data is recorded and actioned appropriately.

**Essential requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in office administration and processing of accounts payable/receivable
- Demonstrated high-level communication and liaison skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the TCCS Values framework, workplace respect, equity and diversity framework, workplace health and safety best practise and industrial democracy principles and practise.
