**About the role**:

- Deliver effective marketing campaigns from the conception, design, writing and production and implementation phase, adhering to brand guidelines and all relevant marketing strategies.
- Leverage data and insights to inform campaign targeting and messaging
- Create and foster effective and valued relationships with the marketing team and broader stakeholders across the Group as well as agency partners.
- Maintain efficient and effective work practices including attending regular schedule of work-in-progress meetings, maintaining a transparent communication of status on all campaigns, undertaking quality checks, legal and brand compliance as well as timely performance reporting, analysis and optimisations.
- Managing budgets and financial processes

**About you**:

- 3 - 5 years demonstrated experience in marketing and/or advertising services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copywriting
- Well-developed communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Good computer skills, including use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software packages
- Contributes to a collaborative and supportive team dynamic

**Desirable**:

- University degree in relevant study area
- Previous experience in Financial Services Marketing
- Basic understanding of Google Adwords platform (for reporting, not implementation)
- Experience using InDesign and Photoshop
