**About the role**
If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time to support our

operations.

**Responsibilities**:
bookings, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**About you**
Leverage your proven experience in administrative support and be part of a team who engenders trust and

confidence and inspires the achievement of organisational growth. Excellent written and verbal

communication skills are mandatory with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on with the ability to work

independently and as part of a team. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent time
- management and organisational skills. Experience with Xero would highly be regarded.
