**As the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
- Coordination and job scheduling of teams’ with MD on a daily basis, which is dynamic and can change at any given point.
- Proactive approach to daily project coordination with MD and other team members from start to finish
- Support MD in refining business processes, communication, and growth initiatives, including a new operation/job management system to be ushered in soon.
- Office Management -this will include following established systems, procedures AND also initiating new efficient systems of practice. Including management of the new operating/ job management system to be ushered in.
- Basic accounts/ bookkeeping experience is preferred, this will include generating quotes, invoicing, raising PO, accounts payable and receivables
- Work environment is highly dynamic and you will be required to adapt and prioritise tasks accordingly, and pick up taks where last left off
- Proactively anticipate needs to ensure smooth running of daily operations for team leaders and MD
- Ad hoc simple administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, scanning, photocopying, database maintenance and improvement.
- Some Ad hoc admin support for MD’s personal projects - this will be mínimal.
- The role will be executed in collaboration with the MD, mostly via phone throughout the day

**About You**
- Office Management experience 5 year + is a must
- Experience within the Construction/ Trades industry preferred
- Experience using Servicem8 preferred
- Self starter/motivator is a must
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently balance several competing priorities with interruptions throughout the day without compromising attention to detail.
- You are a ‘doer’ AND a ‘thinker’ with great attention to detail.
- Professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution’s focused and growth mindset.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including gmail and electronic and paper-based filing systems.
- Has the mindset of accountability is imperative for growth
- Ability to work autonomously, AND a team player. Within our organisation we all jump in and roll up our sleeves to do whatever it takes to consistently ensure efficiency and the best service for clients.
- Adaptable to a highly dynamic work environment, never a dull moment and no two days are the same
- Trustworthiness and confidentiality are imperative
- Essentially the office will become your baby, hence taking ownership of your role and ability to take initiative and follow through.
- Have a valid driver’s licence and own transport

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
