**The Role**

The role is for an experienced person with experience in project of construction management or someone suitably qualified in construction coordination with experience in lifts.

This is a field and office based position. We have sites across Sydney, the office is located in Brookvale.

Extensive and ongoing training and back up support by key staff will be provided as on the job training.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Site inspections, coordination and meeting with key stakeholders
- Scheduling of team to complete installations
- Build positive and respectful relationships with colleagues
- Post order completion to pre delivery
- Establish communication channels with customers
- Develop procedure to meet customer time frames
- Work with site teams to achieve equipment specifications
- 3rd party trades coordination

**About You**
- **Skills and experience**_
- Construction/project/coordination management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in the lift industry not required but advantageous.
- Always be willing to learn, grow and contribute.
- Have excellent communication.
- Always be professionally presented, courteous and willing to go beyond expectations to get the job done.
- Be highly organised and a determined self-starter who will work to achieve results independently.
- Have competent computer skills to a level appropriate for the role.
