We currently have opportunities available within Brookvale & Peakhurst (NSW) working for a Sydney leading building supplier. Working closely with the wide customer service team, you will be serving trade customers both over the phone & instore.

**As a Trade Sales Associate, duties of the position will include**:

- Assisting walk-in trade customers with their product enquiries
- Providing timely solutions for customer needs
- Upskill & develop product knowledge to become a product expert

**About you**:

- Have a background in trade sales, have previously worked within the trade industry (preferable)
- Have studied or currently studying a construction/building related course (preferable but not essential)
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Highly organised & driven to succeed
- A great team player that can work well with a wider team

**In return**:

- $65K + Super + overtime penalty rates on weekdays & weekends
- Rotating shifts - Monday - Saturday, providing flexibility & overtime available
- Flexibility around working hours
- Working hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm / Saturday: 8am - 4pm
- Opportunity to progress into a leadership role within their management team, retail sales & warehouse operations
