**THE ROLE**

**The Digital Product Owner is a new role created to support the Digital Product Manager, and will be a key member of the LPG Marketing, Sales & Service Team, working alongside the Digital Product & Experience Team responsible for building and maintaining the digital product vision for their area, defining customer journey’s and then creating and delivering the roadmap that will drive towards that vision.**

**As a Digital Product Owner, you will work alongside and support the Digital Product Manager to execute product portfolio management, with a focus on delivery and in-market management. You will need to be able to coordinate and rally teams, be customer obsessed to make sure the solutions deliver to the plan, and ensure that they solve real customer issues through digital experiences. Working with the Digital Product Manager, you’ll own the significant commercial outcomes associated with your product stream.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day demands of the LPG team, including focus on defining the priority of team backlog and roadmap to achieve agreed business priorities, product initiatives and customer focus’
- Be the gatekeeper of the LPG roadmap, as well as BAU maintenance and upkeep, helping prioritise work that hits the team (from the Web Optimisation specialist, SFMC Specialist or other areas of the business) and manage the teams prioritisation and sequencing, understanding trade-offs and dependency management;
- Manage the product/ service through its full lifecycle and ensure realisation of the plan across all digital products and features;
- Be the point of contact for key internal stakeholders across the Business and Tech teams to seek alignment;
- Analyse key insights and data to identify and prioritise opportunities and create clear and well thought out timelines and plans for each delivery whilst communicating the costs and business benefits of the product/ features;
- Utilise these insights to work in alignment with the Digital Product Manager to provide input for new product strategies;
- Actively communicate progress, key decisions and associated risks to internal stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- Digital Product management experience (1-2 years +), including Digital feature delivery experience
- Champion for the customer, passionate about creating outstanding digital experiences to generate customer connection
- Ability to design and translate future strategic vision into practical steps that provide a pathway to implementation, and work within a team to execute
- Commercially savvy and can connect digital experiences with business outcomes
- Stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders from different areas of the business
- Demonstrated ability to deliver execution of ideas and work alongside others to drive in market execution
- Strong communication & presentation skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Creative, innovate thinker, with an ability to challenge and agitate the status-quo
