**The role**

As the Manager, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance you will play a dual role, combining the responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst with oversight of Test Delivery. You’ll lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and QA professionals, ensuring alignment between business needs, solution design, and quality outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Business Analysts and QA/Test professionals.
- Provide hands-on business analysis on complex initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution evaluation.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Champion best practices in business analysis and testing across the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, product owners, and technical teams to ensure traceability from requirements through to tested solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in BA and QA methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Support capability uplift and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

**About you**
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with exposure to test delivery or QA leadership.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of business analysis (e.g., BABOK) and testing frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, ISO 29119).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments.
- Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and delivering business value.
- To work with us, you must be an Australian citizen with eligibility to gain a Baseline Security clearance through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency._
