The Role

This Associate Civil Engineer position is designed for a senior who is ready to step up and take control. You'll lead a capable civil team delivering a portfolio of urban development precincts and large-scale subdivision projects across SEQ.

The consultancy is mid-tier but punches above its weight, winning complex projects, maintaining a culture of collaboration, and offering structured progression to Senior Management within 18-24 months.

Projects You'll Lead

  • Urban renewal precincts
    : civil infrastructure for mixed-use, commercial, and residential hubs
  • Large subdivisions
    : 200-1,000 lot greenfield and brownfield developments
  • Civil works
    : roads, stormwater, drainage, WSUD, utilities, pavements
  • Direct client interaction, project delivery, and mentoring of juniors
