Permanent Opportunity for a junior OHS professional in the Not For Profit sector.
**Your new company**
We are seeking junior OHS professionals to join a state wide Not For Profit organisation based in Sunshine, Victoria. As the Health & Safety Coordinator you will be working for a growing yet well established NFP organisation, where you will also be tasked with overlooking the Health and Safety function for Victoria and implementing best practice across the organisation.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position you will have working knowledge and exposure to Occupational Health and Safety and/or have worked in an OH&S position previously. We are looking for a detailed-focused individuals with the following:
- Understanding of Injury Management / Return to Work process
- Demonstrable experience in: Emergency Management, Conducting risk assessments and audits + Report Writing
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with various key stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational/Workplace Health and Safety
**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered a newly created permanent job opportunity as well as a competitive annual salary of $75,000- 80,000 + Super as well as excellent benefits.
