Financial Analyst

The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group. On a day-to-day basis, our Financial Control Teams, working in a centralised Finance function, support the various Finance Business Partner Teams and the business to drive effective decision-making.

As part of the COFE as a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in month-end close and provide analysis / advice on all financial aspects across the portfolio.

You’ll have
- Graduate degree in finance, Accounting or relevant discipline- 2-5 years’ experience within a large and complex environment- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of data- The ability to work under time pressure and reprioritise tasks as required- High level of accountability and resilience with an inquisitive and analytical mindset- CPA/CA qualification or working towards will be highly regarded but not essential
