**What’s the opportunity?**

Due to growth we are looking for a Regional Performance Optimisation Manager, IFSA - QLD & WA to join the Inchcape team in this newly created role, within our joint venture finance company, IFSA and across the various IFSA captive finance brands (Subaru Financial Services, Peugeot Financial Services, Citroen Financial Services and bravoauto financial services).

**This role will be responsible for the design and delivery of dealer-based sales, GFV and retention based finance training, as well as coaching to sales management, sales teams and F&I teams in an attempt to constantly lift performance and deliver a superior customer experience.**

Further to the above, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Ensuring sales management and sales staff recognise the importance of both traditional finance and GFV
- Targeted coaching support for under-performing dealers
- Encouragement and providing advanced sales and behavioural skills training to high-achieving dealerships
- Leading and coaching Sales Manager, Sales Consultants and F&I Managers within your region in relation to finance performance
- Regional reporting
- **About you**:
**To be successful you will possess the following**:

- 3 years experience in a finance company or a dealership in both F&I and sales
- Demonstrated working knowledge of GFV
- Knowledge of customer retention within finance
- A proven track record in ‘turning around’ an under-performing business or team
- Demonstrated leadership, training and coaching experience
- Commercial and acumen and negotiation skills
- A demonstratable high EQ
