In this newly created role, you’ll be working with a creative agency positioned at the heart of technology, creativity and strategy. As part of their CRM team, you’ll work with new and existing clients to guide them in their acquisition and use of Martech platforms. With an agnostic view, you’ll recommend and advise on which platform is best suited to their needs, and work across the client organisation to onboard and integrate it into their marketing environment. You’ll develop data-led customer strategies to utilise the platform, and ensure automation enhances all customer touchpoints. Working with large blue-chip brands as well as start-ups, you’ll deal with a range of clients including c-suite, and will need to be able to tailor customer strategies around a rqange of marketing contexts. As the agency SME in this area, you’ll also drive understanding and awareness of the latest technology and world-best practice across the agency.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least eight to ten years experience working with Martech platforms, ideally in an agency or consulting environment. You’ll need strong client relationship skills, and will be an excellent communicator and presenter.
