Product Manager

**About this role**:
As a Product Manager - MarTech at Stake you consider the needs of the customer and the business as paramount and work with all teams to develop the Stake platform to meet these needs. You'll place high priority on a customer first approach and disciplined execution against company KPIs. You'll balance the Stake MarTech roadmap with your own experience, creativity and vision to ensure that we're building a best in market, forward looking product. From a day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Working with the Product Lead to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Stake's MarTech platform services.
- Partner with Marketing, UI/UX and other Product stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements and co-develop potential solutions to supercharge above the line growth, customer engagement, and the cross sell and upsell of our existing product set to successfully achieve business targets.
- Partner with Marketing, UI/UX, Product and Engineering teams to define, scope and implement requirements for key measurement, customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.
- Develop product strategies and break them down into scoped roadmaps and requirements. Drive Buy vs Build decisions in the MarTech space.
- Create user stories, use cases, requirement documents and proposals with clear MVP definition and success metrics. Measure progress of business success metrics towards KPI targets.

**A bit about you**:
We're looking for someone who can champion the needs of our customers and translate them into actionable outcomes. You are someone with strong initiative and are not afraid to step up and out of your comfort zone to get to the desired outcome. You are eager to work in an environment with a very clear vision, but understand the path there often needs to be discovered. Additionally, we're looking for someone who:

- Has 2+ years of experience as a Martech product manager or in the MarTec space.
- Has worked on a mobile app based product before.
- Is familiar with CDPs such as Segment, MMPs such as Branch, and engagement platforms such as Braze; and their implementation.
- Able to demonstrate autonomy and the ability to deliver with a broad understanding of wider context.
