Leading Hand

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Leading Hand, to undertake general natural area rehabilitation and maintenance activities of a skilled nature, within the Conservation Estates and Reserves in Ipswich.

If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience with general maintenance within Conservation Estates and Reserves, you will enjoy this role. Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure assigned tasks are completed with limited supervision and provide direction to staff to carry out tasks when the Supervisor is unavailable.
- Requisition and maintain stocks of equipment and materials.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Current ACDC Licence.
- Current LR Licence would be an advantage.

A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing).

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commencing at $68,981 plus 12.5% superannuation.
