About the Role

  • About the Role

Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager (RN) and working alongside the Accommodation Coordinator, the Clinical Lead (Enrolled Nurse) will:

  • Deliver direct participant support—personal care, daily living assistance, community engagement.
  • Provide clinical tasks within Enrolled Nurse scope: medication administration, wound care, health monitoring, and accurate documentation.
  • Identify and promptly escalate any health concerns to the Clinical Manager.
  • Support the team with clinical insight, ensuring NDIS and best-practice standards are met.

About You

  • Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration (Medication Endorsed preferred).
  • Experience in disability, community, or aged care (SIL highly regarded).
  • Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable balancing clinical tasks with direct participant support.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid driver's licence.
