Great opportunity for an experienced** Leading Hand**, with solid understanding and experience in Civil Construction, who is ready to develop skills and knowledge to excel their career to the next level. Opportunities available across Greater Brisbane and Ipswich regions. Projects will include residential and commercial subdivisions and civil infrastructure, including roads and bridges.

You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand on Civil Construction Projects
- knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
