Operations Team Leader

The Cash and Banking Operations team's core function is to support Macquarie's Advisers, Independent Financial Advisers and Clients within our Retail Banking and Business Banking divisions.

**What role will you play?**

You will provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of your team. You will be responsible for managing call queues to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed. Your passion for leadership and client-focus approach, will drive successful team performance and ensure an exceptional service to your key stakeholders.
