**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the approval process of the change requests and liaise with the required stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation in our system;
- Create and maintain the setup of all our delivery projects in our Network Reporting System (Project information, scheduling rules, vendor allocation, scope of sites and technologies to be delivered, etc.) by analysing data in Excel and uploading accurate data files in our system;
- Lead the weekly Change Review Board to assist with the governance of these changes and issue the meeting minutes;
- Provide technical assistance to our community of project managers and delivery vendors (user training and support, data management, etc);
- Ensure a high level of data accuracy across our system (site information, project data, vendor allocation, etc);
- Monitor the user access management process and assist our outsourced user management team when necessary;
- Help the wider team with various BAU tasks and propose process and tool improvements
**Knowledge & Requirements**
- 2-3 years’ experience in system administration
- Strong technical skills in Excel including extensive experience with data manipulation
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry would be highly regarded
- A high level of written & verbal communication skills is essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing technology environment
- A learning mindset; adaptability and a team player
