**What you'll do**

The Project Support Officer will be responsible for administering and co-ordinating a critical satellite navigation program with a number of internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with a Project manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the program is administered and managed for successful delivery.

This full-time role is based in Sydney, offering flexible home/office working arrangements with occasional travel required.

**The day-to-day** Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with a project manager to provide project administration support for the development phase of a satellite navigation project.
- Key point of contact for the Customer Project Support Office.
- Creation and management of project dashboard enabling tracking of project metrics, weekly tasks and actions.
- Setting up all internal and project meetings, agendas, logistics planning for major milestones, and all face-to-face project meetings.
- Creating meeting minutes for all key customer meetings, and uploading to Customer SharePoint.
- Management of project documentation configuration control in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Assist project manager in creating presentations and project reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Assist project manager in ensuring compliance with project management methodology and standards.

**What you'll need**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration and management for Government programs
- Good MS office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiar with government satellite programs is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology field is preferred
