**About the Company**

Gain valuable real-life experience & insights working for a NSW Government Organisation as a Project Admin Support Officer. This position is a 16 month contract based in Sydney CBD.

**About the Role**
- The Project Support Officer will provide project administration support. The Project Support Officer’s main tasks involve digitising and categorising hard copy files relating to the registration of political parties to make files ready for migration into the Governments systems.
- Administration - provide administrative services to the records management, liaising with other business units and providing first level support to internal stakeholders.
- Project Support - ensure professional presentation is maintained. Ensure accurate data entry. Work with other staff members to ensure completion of project deliverables. Escalate matter or seek further instructions where appropriate.
- Procedures and Processes - follow branch procedures and processes to ensure accurate, consistent and timely outcomes.
- Records Management support - filing, saving and recording records as directed.

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to execute
- Demonstrated experience in project support and/or administrative duties.
- Experience in the use of business information systems and MS Office and records management systems.
