**Office and Facilities Manager**
In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s Facilities Management services and team in Sydney, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the regional team in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives.

**What the day will look like**
- Act as the primary tactical and operational support for the Executive Director.
- Lead and manage a team of business support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of operational priorities.
- Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements across the region.
- Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics.
- Drive efficiencies and consistency across the portfolio—ensuring MI, budgets, and service levels are maintained or improved.
- Oversee sourcing activities in line with Global Spend Management (GSM) and the global procurement policy.

- Have worked as a Facilities lead for a minimum of 5 years in corporate or professional service firm
- Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company
- Procurement experience is required
- Demonstrated experience in managing midsized teams.
- Experience of change management leadership
- Experience in delivering large scale change programmes an advantage
- Skills should include organisational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team
- Successful track record of working in international corporate businesses
