We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer (Aboriginal Identified) to drive inclusive, culturally informed projects that enhance Aboriginal participation in sport and active recreation across NSW.

**About the role**

The Project Support Officer, Aboriginal Outcomes plays a vital role in supporting inclusive sport and recreation initiatives that enhance participation and wellbeing for Aboriginal communities. Working in partnership with State Sporting Organisations, peak industry bodies, and community stakeholders, the role contributes to the design, coordination, and delivery of culturally responsive programs that reflect local needs and priorities.

This position supports project delivery through activity coordination, progress monitoring, and reporting, while fostering respectful relationships with Aboriginal sports representatives. It also assists in identifying service gaps, promoting equitable access, and facilitating direct service delivery in areas with limited options. By collaborating across government and community networks, the role helps ensure sport and recreation programs are impactful, accessible, and aligned with broader strategic outcomes.

- Experience supporting the delivery of community-based programs or projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
