**The Role**
As the Assistant Base Manager, you will lead a team working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure essential services are delivered, and our Defence Bases and Office environments are maintained to a high standard. You will design and recommend solutions and appropriate management strategies to whole of base operational and service delivery issues.

**About our Team**
The Base Support - Tasmania team sits within the South East Zone (SEZ). The SEZ is part of the Service Delivery Division which provides essential, on-ground services and support to Defence Personnel around Australia.
