**The Opportunity
The Program Coordinator will work within the Digital Channels Program. The role will be responsible for providing program coordination support including providing clear and relevant information on project initiatives, managing the logistics of program reporting and escalating risks and issues as well as supporting process improvement through identification, assessment and re-design and supporting delivery as required.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term, full-time position. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from one of our offices in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, or work from home.

**How will I help?**

You will add value by:

- Managing the Program Workforce Plan and actions required to onboard team members in a timely fashion.
- Managing the Program Reporting.
- Liaising with the Program Manager to ensure information regarding Risks, Issues and Dependencies is available and accurate.
- Actively liaising with Scrum Masters to ensure they are supported from a program perspective Managing and maintaining of all the necessary project tools and templates to ensure they are up to date and stored in the correct location.
- Supporting and establishing appropriate measurement systems and controls to monitor progress and ensure program is achieving the targeted outcomes.

What do I need?
- You’ll need to have experience working in ambiguous complex environments and experience working in a similar role in which tight timeframes and high task volumes are a part of normal life.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financials.
- Previously worked in an Agile environment.
