T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting a fulltime position with a leading Australian media business based in the Sydney CBD. This organisation are leaders in the digital subscriptions space.

This is a great role for someone looking to be more involved in finance business partnering, building strong relationships and gaining exposure with senior leaders in an organisation.

**About the Role**

As the Group Finance Analyst you will be a key contributor in the Group Finance Team during month end and year end reporting. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Analyse trends and drivers to explain variances between actual results vs budgets and forecast
- Presenting reports to the senior management team
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts
- Support business units during quarterly and planning periods
- Assist in budget preparation
- Business partner with managers across teams to support decision making
- Ad hoc projects as required by the business

**Skills and Experience**

Chartered accounting firm experience or strong FP&A experience in industry
CA or CPA qualified
Curiosity mindset - wanting to know the why's and how's behind the numbers
Strong communication skills
