This exciting role seeks to complement the growth of our Foodbuy (Supply Chain) division, bringing financial analyst capability to support the GM Foodbuy Finance & Analytics and to ensure our finance solutions, talent, processes and outcomes support an efficient, and high performing team aligned to the highest standards of legislative, regulatory, and other external and internal and Client requirements.

If you are an experienced Finance Analyst with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights. If you are open-minded and a quick learner, a strategic thinker that can also operationalise, are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems, have a passion for exploration and interrogation of complex data and systems with a view to finding answers to business problems, and an eye for process improvement then this job is for you

**Your key responsibilities;**
- Deliver easily digestible and actionable analysis, reporting and recommendations to management to support decision-making, forecasting outcomes of procurement activity to drive value creation
- Planning including annual budget, month end management reporting, periodic forecasting & multi-year plan involving disparate complex data sources
- Monitor performance and use effective leadership, coaching and communication techniques to motivate, empower and develop team
- Key client analysis and engagement to drive financial and operational value
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes

Your success in this role will stem from your significant commercial accounting experience post CPA or CA qualification. In addition, you will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail and strong internal and external communication and influencing skills. Experience in a high-volume data environment, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights is essential. You will be commercial and results oriented and be able to demonstrate sound technical and analytical skills and the ability to lead and drive team performance.
