This privately-owned company has established themselves as one of the most innovative and enduring providers of quality products to its niche market. For over 70 years, from its Gold Coast manufacturing facility, it has distributed products to its specialist markets across QLD and NSW.

A rare and fantastic opportunity to join this organisation as their IT Strategy & Engagement Manager has opened. Reporting to the CFO, this critical role will be the key connection between the IT future roadmap and linking it in with the strategic business plans. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure objectives for best practice and engagement are met across the whole business.

Key accountabilities are as follows:

- Leading and managing the delivery of IT change projects, provide strategic direction, and undertake frontline stakeholder engagement activities to support project delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships both internally and externally and constantly assess customer feedback to provide guidance and assistance on improvements to IT service delivery
- Proactively identifying and driving other significant technology change initiatives including market trends applicable to the business

**About you**
- Strong practical and demonstrated experience in understanding and accessing business systems and processes and creating suitable change strategies to support successful IT driven solutions.
- In-depth experience to facilitating, planning, and leading projects from the start to completion.
- Have exceptional Stakeholder management and communication skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
