The Role

An opportunity has become available for several Workforce Strategy and Culture Specialists to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Provide specialist advice and recommendations with regard to the development and implementation of workforce or culture strategies
Maintain influential and consultative working relationships, building and leveraging external partnerships with key providers at the tertiary level to help drive a talent pipeline
Develop and deliver effective communication and engagement strategies for a wide ranging audience across a number of different mediums
Establish and maintain relevant procedures, policy and governance frameworks

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in HR (or related discipline) would be highly regarded
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

Permanent full time and permanent part time (several positions, hrs negotiable)
Base salary ranging from $121 360 - $129 998 per annum or $61.20 - $65.56 per hour
