About the Role:

- Process membership transitions for new and existing customers
- Support members in their understanding of how the GS1 number service operates and the value it provides to their business.
- Promote additional services by recognising opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Support data cleansing by ensuring a high level of attention is applied to all daily activities.
- Reporting

About you:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi task
- High level customer service skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to undergo Police Check
