A Manufacture in Coopers Plains is seeking a Production Manager to help grow their new roller blinds division.

A manufacturing company with a focus on a positive team culture and strong retention based in Coopers Plains is looking to expand their team and product range.
**Your new role**
Your new role as a Production Manager is responsible for the organisation's production process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will be assisting management with setting up a new division and driving growth for the companies’ new sector within roller blinds, security blinds and outdoor blinds. You will be responsible for managing a team of production staff and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to achieve their goals.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position, you may possess some of the following;
Proven track record working with roller blinds, security blinds and or outdoor blinds
Ability to manage a team of production staff and ensure that they are trained and motivated to achieve their goals and hit KPIS.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
