**Sales and Account Manager - Flooring Wholesale** **Sales Territory: Greater Sydney & NSW + ACT** This is a hands-on sales and account management role focused on: - Opening and setting up new accounts i.e. flooring retail stores - Managing relationships with existing stores - Keeping retailers up-to-date with products and prices - Providing merchandising support and setting up displays - Developing innovative new sales strategies After setting up new accounts, you will be responsible for looking after these customers and building long-term relationships with them. You will visit them regularly (every 3 - 4 weeks), help them with product training, store displays and assess customer feedback. **Requirements**: - Background in account management and sales - Background in flooring, supplies or related trade products - Able to work with IT systems and CRM systems - Able to carry and set up physical display stands at retailers - Able to travel outside Sydney at least 1 - 2 times per month - Valid driver's license **Remuneration** We offer **exceptional commission upside that provides significant reward** for sales performance. Our remuneration package is designed with extremely generous upside alongside a reasonable base. We invest deeply in a highly differentiated range of products that are a cut above the industry. We are a small, fast-moving and hyper-efficient team that's focused on distributing the most innovative flooring products in Australia. Our warehouse is based in Bankstown, but your role will involve travel around Greater Sydney and monthly trips to other major areas e.g. Canberra, South Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle and beyond.
