We have been requested by a long standing client to assist in the search for a SUccessFactors Consultant that has a background / experience in EC & Payroll (ECP) - this is a permanent opportunity that holds and excellent salary package - the role can be base anywhere in Australia or NZ.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Certification in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors module. (Employee Central Payroll Preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years with system implementations, solutions architecture, or similar role.
- At least 3 Full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Payroll Module.
- Prior experience in functional and/or technical consulting role.
- Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, People Analytics etc.)

**Experience Required**:

- In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
- Expert in implementation of SuccessFactors ECP.
- Expert with SAP and SuccessFactors Integration.
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimise their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, planning and management skills.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
