An experienced People Technology professional to lead the delivery and optimisation of Workforce Software (WFS) and other people systems. This role combines strategic consulting, implementation leadership, and stakeholder engagement to help organisations modernise their workforce operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Workforce Software (WFS) and other people technology implementations, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, training, and deployment
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable, compliant, and data-driven workforce solutions
  • Configure and optimise key modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management, ensuring solutions align with operational, regulatory, and workforce needs
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with senior stakeholders to shape and validate solutions
  • Deliver engaging training and enablement sessions, empowering clients to adopt and sustain new technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and system enhancements
  • Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
  • Develop clear documentation including functional specifications, process maps, and solution guides
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight into industry trends and best practices in workforce and people technology

Experience & Skills

  • Proven background implementing or leading Workforce Software (WFS) or similar people systems (e.g., UKG, Kronos, SAP Time, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Ceridian, ADP)
  • Strong understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Optimisation processes
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-phase technology or transformation projects
  • Exposure to blue light or emergency services environments (Police, Fire, Ambulance, Public Safety) or other 24/7 operational organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and user experience
  • Experience mentoring or leading small delivery teams
