**About the Role**

As a reverse marketer, you will be a driven and energetic professional. You will be able to network with employers, generate leads, and manage accounts effectively. Your personable approach will assist in managing the employer's expectations and building solid relationships.

**Key Responsibility**
- Developing a sound understanding of the local labour market and engaging employers and industry to understand their needs.
- Building relationships with community organisations and local stakeholders.
- Maintaining IT systems and internal database of all vacancy management.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have demonstrated skills and experience in developing networks with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.
- Have demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
- Possess sound knowledge of the local labour market and the strengths and weaknesses of the region regarding youth employment.
- Have the ability to work within a contractually compliant environment.
- Have a current driver’s licence.
- Satisfy a pre-employment check, including a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.

**Qualifications &**
**Experience**
- Over three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high-performance results.
- Experience in customer service roles
- NSW Drivers Licence and vehicle
- Experience with targets or KPIs and understanding of reverse marketing skills.
- Ability to network well with various employers to generate leads; manage and build partnerships effectively to provide the best service and experience.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
