About the role*
The primary responsibility of this role is to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and internal and external communications that the align with the Marketing and Communications plan for Abergeldie. The role is varied and includes assisting with content creation and distribution for external and internal audiences, event support, and assistance with award submissions, budgeting, and reporting.
**Your responsibilities**
- Assisting the Marketing and Communications Manager with day-to-day marketing activities
- Production (including design) and distribution of engaging marketing and communications content
- Organising the production of Abergeldie branded merchandise
- Social Media - planning and writing content
- Website updates
- Assisting with data analytics and reporting
- Assisting the development, execution, and evaluation of a range of events.
- Assisting with awards submissions
- Assisting with monthly internal newsletter
- Assisting with client newsletter
- Creation of purchase orders and assisting with budgeting.

**What you need**
- Recent Graduate or must have graduated in last 2 years
- Marketing/intern experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing.
- Effective communication skills
- both in written and verbal form.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Social media savvy
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Experience with WordPress (desirable)
- **Must be an Australian Residence or Citizen**
