This client, a Government department, based in Morwell, Victoria, currently have a requirement for 10 Customer Experience Officers to join their team on a casual basis for up to 2 months, possibly longer.

This client, a Government department, based in Morwell, Victoria, currently have a requirement for 10 Customer Experience Officers to join their team on a casual basis for up to 2 months, possibly longer.

Reporting into the Team leader, duties will include
- Provide high quality service to customers in relation to routine Solar rebate information.
- Assess customer enquiries for rebates and make decisions from a range of established policies and procedures, legislation and regulations specific to the role.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of rebate related information.
- Review and accurately process basic manual exceptions.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative, information security and privacy policy requirements.

To secure this role you will display your Customer Service background in providing advice and support to customers on products or services. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be willing to do a Police Check.
