**Description**:
**This position is accountable for**:

- Delivering outstanding member service to achieve agreed performance goals including enabling members to achieve their financial goals.
- Opening accounts, processing transactions, and responding to member queries.
- Proactively promoting Defence Bank within Defence, with Defence Industry partners, and within the broader community to grow our member base and product portfolios
- Completing branch tasks to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and Defence Bank’s policies and processes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A customer service star, you’re passionate about providing a consistent yet memorable experience. Your knack for uncovering needs, providing appropriate solutions, and achieving results will see you excel in this position. You connect with people, establishing rapport and building trust quickly.

**To be successful in this position, you will have**:

- A minimum two years’ experience within a customer facing administrative, retail, or banking team.
- High school certificate or equivalent.

**Demonstrated experience or skills in**:

- Achieving agreed goals in line with individual and team plans.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitating presentations to small and large groups.
- Picking up new concepts quickly.
- Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
