About the Company
For purpose Not-for-Profit business with a strong presence in NSW supporting the vulnerable, are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contract to start immediately.
About the Position
As part of the people and culture team, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement IR strategies that comply with relevant legislation;
Lead EBA negotiations with unions;
Work closely with management and resolve workplace disputes;
Provide guidance on complex employment issues; and
Develop policies that support a productive and engaged workforce
About You
Human resources professional with strong Industrial relations experience;
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Not-for-Profit industry experience highly desirable;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and
EBA negotiations experience and dealing with unions
