Our client is a growing and award-winning professional services organisation who are known for their collaborative, inclusive and supportive work environment.
This is a unique opportunity for an Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations Manager to join the HR team and partner with the business across all employment related matters.
To be successful in this role you will be able to manage complex HR matters involving negotiation, dispute resolution, mediation, investigation and grievance handling and be able to establish highly effective working relationships at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support HR on complex case management covering policy and procedures, conditions of employment, enterprise agreement and employment law interpretation
- Conduct internal workplace investigations as required and provide advice to HR
- Participate in wage and condition audits
- Undertake and support key HR projects and consultations, undertaking industrial consultations with unions and staff
- Provide training and awareness sessions on employment related policies and procedures
**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5-7 year’s experience in employment and industrial relations law
- Degree or equivalent in HR or Law or Employment Relations or related field or relevant experience
- Well developed interpersonal, customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to critically analyse complex issues
