**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity for a Deceased Estates Operations Officer to support BOQ Group during our transformation journey on permanent basis. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with integrity and empathy, contributing to the successful process of customer support for deceased estates, adding significant value to our organisation.
As a Deceased Estates Operations Officer in our supportive banking treasury and market operations team, you will be responsible for processing all requests including finalising estates and transferring funds while providing a high level of customer service. This will also include maintaining compliance procedures in accordance with set policies and performing administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Team Leader of Banking Services, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including solicitors and branch teams, as well as clients and counterparties - this means there is a lot of great learning
