The hotel also offers unique social settings, with exclusive use of the roof top sun deck, or sumptuous Gold Suite, with tailored beverage and canapé packages available. **Job Description**: The Reservations Manager is a key role within our hotel team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Reservations Department, including supervision of the Reservations Agents and will work towards driving client reservations and revenue into the hotel. **Qualifications**: You are the type of person who loves to make people feel welcome and valued. Creating a sense of belonging comes naturally to you and you enjoy solving problems with genuine empathy. You will have a natural ability to interact with people from all walks of life and you will have great communication as well as administration skills. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of hotel Front Office procedures and have worked in a Front Office environment previously. Experience with a Hotel PMS such as Opera preferred but not essential. Available to work Monday to Friday and some weekends as rostered and full right to work in Australia.
