Our Client is growing and are on the hunt for a Reservations and Events Coordinator to join the team

We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working hand in hand with our Sales, Business Development and Marketing team, the Reservations and Events Coordinator will be responsible for the management of bookings and enquiries across our venues.

This role will be working from Tuesday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inbox management;
- Responding to guest enquiries from restaurant table bookings to interest in large scale events;
- Managing our venue booking system;
- Monitoring guests notes on special occasions, dietary restrictions or any further requirements;
- Communicating across departments regarding upcoming reservations and event needs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have experience working within events and reservations in a restaurant office environment (Highly advantageous)
- Experience using OpenTable (Not a requirement but viewed favourably)
- Great interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective professional relationships with clients, guests, and co-workers
- Friendly and professional phone manner and the ability to recall information quickly for clients and enquiries;
- You thrive working autonomously and work well within a team environment.
