**This position is paying up to $120,000 Inclusive of Superannuation**

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading a diverse team of skilled tradespeople for exciting construction projects in **Canning Vale.**About the role**:

- Conduct construction walk-outs and planning to ensure efficient site operations aligned with plans and schedules
- Lead and manage subcontractors, clearly communicating their scopes and addressing any issues with the Area Supervisor/Superintendent
- Collaborate with the Client to secure approvals and Sequence Numbers for changes.
- Proactively manage resource needs and shortages, escalating as necessary
- Work with Site Engineers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, reporting any stock deficiencies promptly
- Adhere to warehousing procedures to ensure accurate management of stock issues and returns

**About You**:

- Trade qualification with supervisory experience
- Knowledge of telecommunications (Telstra/NBN) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret Telstra and NBN plans is an advantage
- Civil background, with experience in Directional Drills, Ploughing, and Open Trenching
- Proven track record in supervising contractors
- Willingness to travel throughout the state
