**YHA **is seeking a
**Food & Beverage Supervisor **to join the Brisbane City YHA on a full-time basis. We are seeking a positive, friendly and professionally presented team player with a passion for service and making the day better.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations in the Cafe, Bar and Group Catering
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants
- Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery.
- Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
- Stock control and ordering

**We're looking for someone who is**:

- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
- Ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
