**About the Role**

We are searching for Brisbane’s best Food & Beverage Supervisor to help continue to bring to life our 2 F&B dining venues - Lennons Restaurant & Bar and Hibiscus Room, the city’s newest dining venue where we welcome guests to enjoy a sundrenched outdoor terrace overlooking the city skyline and our beautiful infinity pool.

Reporting to the Restaurants & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of Lennon’s_ _Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining, our private boardrooms along with Hibiscus Room. You will work with the Restaurants & Bar Manager to guide the Food & Beverage operations as successful and independent profit centers whilst ensuring maximum guests satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Supervision of F&B Outlets including In Room Dining and our Studio Boardrooms
- Proactiveness to move between our F&B Outlets as business requires
- Training and development of all team members
- Monitoring to payroll costs on each shift
- Ensuring shift and daily checklists are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Shift cashiering
- Ensuring our guests receive the level of service and excellence that Hyatt is renowned for
- Hands on role, working closely with the F&B team to constantly drive improvement
- Ordering and stock control

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using Micros is highly regarded
- Current RSA
- Currently RMLV is advantageous
- Shifts will mainly take place for breakfast service however, flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
