Description:
Our Opportunity
The People and Capability Compliance Officer will ensure that all Learning and Development and People and Culture records are compliant while keeping a high level of confidentiality. They will be responsible for ensuring that training has been completed and coordinating training assurance calendars.

The role will review content, policies, procedures, and documentation in a quality assurance cycle across all departments and identify changes and updates. They will review and coordinate updates due to legislative, guidelines or other governing body changes.

The People and Capability Compliance Officer will deliver high-quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation and positively promote CoAct.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow document control procedures to manage, review, and create records, content, procedures, guides, documents, forms, and templates for a range of employment service contracts
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture and Learning and Development teams
- Conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks according to internal standards and business goals
- Review and update training materials and communicating changes across all departments
- Liaise with System Providers and internal stakeholders to provide first-level system support

Required Experience

Experience working within a Human Resources, Learning and Development and/or Quality Assurance team
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or Compliance
Experience and/or qualifications in Compliance or Risk Management (desirable)
